(1) Can provide shopping receipts for the complained food.
(2) Protect the site, try to maintain the original state of the purchased food, and be able to identify the batch number, production date, and shelf life of the food. Seal poisoned food or suspected poisoned food, and take the remaining suspected poisoned food for inspection.
(3) If the food is determined to be unqualified or counterfeit through observation of sensory characteristics or testing by inspection agencies, the functional department accepting the complaint may impose administrative penalties on the merchant in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, but shall not participate in civil compensation mediation between consumers and merchants.
(4) The quality inspection report of food is only used as the basis for negotiation between consumers and merchants.
